Fulfillment Policy
Order processing times are separate from shipping times.
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (not including weekends and holidays. You will receive an email, when your order is shipped. Custom wig orders may take longer, depending on the style. Processing time is under photo.
Refund/ Cancellation Policy
Thanks for shopping with Glamour Girl Galore. There is no refunds for wigs, bundles, lace closures or frontals. You can receive a refund or exchange for other items if the merchandise is returned the same way it was received. This is only effective from 30 days after purchasing the item. All deposits for booking appointments are final. There will be no refunds. If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours, you can use your same deposit for another appointment. If you book several appointment and fail to show up with no contact, your other appointments you book will be cancelled.

When you conduct a transaction or subscribe to our website, as part of the process, your personal information is collected. Such as your name, phone number, email and address. This information is used to operate services, marketing emailing (to keep you updated on new inventory or products). Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix allows us to sell our products and services to you. They store you data on a secured server behind a firewall.
